Our Vision

Where we stand today

Countless studies repeatedly demonstrate how important education is for individuals and the economy. People with less education often earn less money. School dropouts, for example, also tend to have unhealthier lifestyles, their life expectancy decreases by years, they are more easily drawn into criminal and violent activities, and they often become dependent on social welfare.

The alarming thing is that the "costs" of promising educational interventions are disproportionate to the expenses incurred due to missed opportunities for our young people. A good education therefore leads to greater satisfaction, reduces tax spending on healthcare, and lowers the costs of law enforcement and social welfare.

Alarming school systems and practices, as well as inadequate career preparation, lead to unprepared young adults. However, in order for them to thrive in and actively shape our rapidly changing world with its challenges, it is crucial to prepare them extensively for future tasks that we cannot even imagine today. In this process, new neural connections in the brain are just as important as collaborative learning with peers, teachers, suitable role models, and mentors.

Our Vision

In our opinion, teachers remain among the most powerful influences on learning. Therefore, our mission is to facilitate an optimal teacher-student relationship in conjunction with modern technological tools.

One of the most important tasks of our time is to enable young people to learn how to learn. Because learning is the most crucial skill for facing and shaping the changes of our time. The economy, society, and culture benefit from this, which also leads to more sustainable resource planning.

With a good education, rational individuals have all the resources they need to lead a fulfilling life. They will use these resources responsibly, compassionately, and effectively. And this has a positive impact not only on themselves and their fellow human beings, but also on all living creatures on our planet, for which they share responsibility.
